What Coaching With Me Looks Like

Coaching with me isn’t about extreme diets or unsustainable routines. It’s about helping busy midlife women find the balance between managing life’s responsibilities and achieving their goals. Feeling strong, confident, and in control is possible, and incredibly rewarding, at any stage of life.

I use a data-driven approach combined with regular check-ins to personalise your plan based on your feedback and results.

The Coaching Experience

All clients have access to the Everfit app, where you’ll check in weekly to track your progress. I’ll review your training and nutrition data, provide feedback, make adjustments, and offer ongoing support so you always know exactly what to do next.

My Qualifications & Ongoing Education

In addition to my Diploma in Personal Training, I’ve completed a range of specialist certifications to support women through every stage of midlife with personalised, evidence-based coaching:
 

  • Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist (Girls Gone Strong) - Covers body image, relationship with food, hormone health, pelvic floor, perimenopause, and menopause.

  • Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist (Girls Gone Strong) - Equips me to help women train, eat, and feel their best through menopause and midlife changes.

  • Performance Nutrition Coach (Clean Health Institute) - Science-backed nutrition for fat loss, muscle gain, performance, and health.

  • Biolayne Nutrition Coaching Certification (Levels 1 & 2) - Evidence-based nutrition and behaviour change, taught by Dr Layne Norton.

  • Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach - Focused on habit building, sustainable change, and long-term results.
