What Coaching With Me Looks Like

Coaching with me is not about extreme diets or unsustainable routines. It is about finding the balance between managing life’s responsibilities and achieving your goals. Feeling strong, confident, and in control is incredibly rewarding at any stage of life.

I use a data-driven approach combined with regular check-ins to personalise your plan based on your feedback and results.

The Coaching Experience

All my clients have access to the Everfit app, where each week, you will complete a quick check-in to assess your progress. I will review your tracking data, provide feedback, adjustments, and support, ensuring you are always on the right track.

My Qualifications & Ongoing Education

In addition to my Diploma in Personal Training, I’ve completed a range of specialist certifications to support you with personalised, evidence-based coaching:

  • Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist (Girls Gone Strong)
    Covers body image, relationship with food, hormone health, pelvic floor, perimenopause, and menopause. Helps me coach women with a more holistic, supportive approach.

  • Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist (Girls Gone Strong)
    Equips me to help women train, eat and feel their best through menopause and midlife changes.

  • Performance Nutrition Coach (Clean Health Institute)
    Gives me the tools to build practical, science-backed nutrition plans for fat loss, muscle gain, performance or health.

  • Biolayne Nutrition Coaching Certification – Levels 1 & 2
    Taught by Dr. Layne Norton, this course goes deep into evidence-based nutrition, from fat loss and muscle gain to coaching behaviour change.

  • Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach
    A leading qualification in the fitness industry focused on behaviour change, habit coaching, and long-term health results.
