My approach focuses on building strength, improving body composition, and creating habits you can actually maintain. Feeling strong, confident, and more in control of your body is possible at any stage of life.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you start. Coaching is a collaborative process, and the plan evolves as you do.
The Coaching Experience
All clients use the Everfit app to log training, nutrition, and weekly check-ins. Each week I review your data, provide clear feedback, make adjustments where needed, and give you specific next steps so you always know what to focus on.
Support is ongoing, not just at check-in time. You can ask questions as things come up, rather than guessing or second guessing your approach.
My Qualifications & Ongoing Education
Alongside my Diploma in Personal Training, I have completed specialist qualifications to support women through midlife with evidence based, personalised coaching.

Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist (Girls Gone Strong). Focused on body image, relationship with food, hormone health, pelvic floor considerations, perimenopause, and menopause.
