CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
By purchasing online coaching, you’re committing to the process and following it through. However, I understand that unexpected events can come up.
All refund and cancellation requests must be made in writing to kate@kateonlinecoach.com and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not issued automatically if you choose to stop coaching.
24-Hour Cancellation: You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a refund, minus a 5% transaction fee. Your request must include your reason for cancellation and your preferred refund method.
Exceptional Circumstances: If unexpected circumstances prevent you from completing your coaching, you may request a partial refund for remaining weeks, minus a 5% transaction fee.
No Refunds After Completion: Refunds are not available once all coaching weeks have been completed.
I reserve the right to terminate coaching at any time if a client engages in inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful behaviour. In this case, no refund will be given.
